DIY Peg Doll Nativity

Have you heard of my printable peg dolls that I make? You print and decoupage on the body around the peg doll, and all you have to actually paint are the heads. Also, my download comes with simple step-by-step directions to paint the heads yourself, and you can even draw the faces on with a marker! You can find my printable peg doll nativity set here– these are a favorite at our house!

I found this great photo tutorial over at Holes In My Shiny Veneer for making your own nativity set out of spool dolls! Part one shows how to make the holy family:

Thread spools made into dolls of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph.
Part two goes on to show you how to make the wise men, shepherds, and angel.
