The rainbow is a beautiful symbol of God’s promises to us, and it’s straight from the Bible story about Noah and the great flood. After being in the arc for 40 days and 40 nights of rain, and then sending out a dove multiple times to see if there was land, finally God made a rainbow in the sky and they were on dry land again! You can find all of my Bible crafts for kids here. Now let’s check out these Christian rainbow crafts for kids, straight from the Noah story in the bible!
First, let’s take a look at the scripture verse about the first rainbow.
Genesis 9:13-15
“I set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between me and the earth. When I bring clouds over the earth and the bow is seen in the clouds, I will remember my covenant which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh.”
